BROKEN RECORDS 
Congratulations to Zoe Alberti for breaking the 
Cross Country School Record. 
She ran the 5K in 24:53 beating her previous record of 25:01.67. 

Congratulations to Alan Cano for also breaking the 
Cross Country School Record. 
He ran the 5K in 18:55 beating the previous record of 19:03 held by Cadin Hebberd.

These forms are required to be completed and turned in BEFORE you are allowed to practice.

They are available at registration or can be downloaded from the link below.

 

  • Proof of Insurance (a copy of an insurance card is acceptable).

  • Current Physical (signed by doctor, parent, and student)

  • Warning to Students and Parents

  • Use of Helmet (Football Players Only)

  • Dual Sports Declaration (only if participating in two sports during the same season)
