Wednesday, October 20th was the first Family Reading Night of the year. Ms Starla & Ms. McGrew along with their 2nd grade students hosted Pete the Cat Night! Thank you to all who joined us!
State Bound! Congratulations to sophomore Mylo Lovejoy for placing 15th and qualifying for State Cross Country! He broke his own school record, running the course in 17:57.3 He will be running at the Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs on Saturday, October 30th at 9:40 a.m.
Ella Swanson finished the race in 26:07.6 (35/56) and Mary Michael finished the race in 26:43 (39/56).
Good Luck to the Longhorn Cross Country team today as they compete at the regional meet in Rocky Ford.

Congratulations to Mylo Lovejoy for breaking the school record at the meet in Johnson yesterday. He ran the 5K in 18:26.0 breaking his previous record of 18:31.8. Way to go Mylo!
