The Springfield Science Fair was held on December 13th. Great job to all the students who participated and congratulations to those who received awards! Those placing will advance to the regional science fair in Lamar on February 16th. Thank you also to the judges, staff and volunteers that helped make the event happen.

Family Reading Night for Wednesday the 15th has been cancelled. Videos will be uploaded later.

Due to the forecast of extremely high winds .Springfield School Dist. will not be running bus routes tomorrow Dec. 15th. School will however be in session during regular school hours.

A reminder that the science fair awards will be presented at 8:30 a.m. today in the high school gym.


The Friends of Rachel Club collected 968 items during their food drive. Items were donated to the Baca County Food Bank. These students just finished loading them for delivery.
