Traditionally on 100 Day, 2nd graders get to blow out the 100 candles on the 100 cupcakes. Cupcakes are then shared with kinder and 1st grade!

Last night was Family Reading Night. Mrs. Montoya and Mrs. Reid read Pirate books. Students enjoyed coloring and sight word activities along with a yummy snack.
We handed out lots of awards and prizes for 100 Day.

*Students who had 100 or more AR points (75 points for 1st grade.
*1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners for 100 second Mad Minute.

Students who had the most AR points in each grade got to help with the hallway estimation.
Today is 100 Day for the elementary! We started the morning off by estimation activities and an assembly. We had a fun relay race, freeze dancing and gave prizes for AR points and 100 second mad minutes. Every student tie-dyed last week to wear today! Our kindergarten students really aged over night!
